Organic Rankine Cycle Generators

We have the money, we have the Clients, we have the space, we have the heat source, we have what we believe is a compelling solution.
We have been finding difficulty getting a price from various so called manufacturers, for a 125KW 50hz net ORC. Why are we finding it so difficult to get a specification and price to complete our commercial documentation? Why do the suppliers want us to disclose detail about our client and solution without NDA protection?
Does anyone out there know of a good source of supply, manufacture who will provide prices and specifications, without wanting our IP? The system uses concentrated solar power trough collectors to heat the synthetic oil working fluid. Do they exist or do we need a bespoke design?

Would an absorber system do instead? Easier to size and price.

Rather than coming out all guns blazing and demanding information. You could better explain what you want to acheive.
