Although I say "Our company", we are also one part of a research institute, a large bureaucracy, I am at the bottom of the pyramid. For people like my rank, we don't have enough criteria - even have to be increased last year - to sleep in any hotel in beijing, or most hotels in a middle scale city. So getting out needs permission.
There are many "potential rules" here, for example, if one day your boss ask you to write an apply for joining the part, congratulations, you are promoted, that's the first step. So I don't have chance, I had been warned times for criticizing the party in public.
I don't believe anybody's title here like specialist, senior researcher and so on, titles usually are the welfare of high rank people, men have the high technical title usually just do the service part of tech, even nothing relate to tech. I just believe I can do better in tech than them at least seven years ago:D.
Saying too much extreme and out of range, please keep good impression with me, and my country, a great country with long history and countless thinkers.

Yes this is an engineering forum, but sentiments have been expressed by members about their exclusion from attendance at events, and also fear of recriminations and the lack of free expression.
It was pointed out that the link was a deviation, but assisted in appreciating the scenario and restrictions which are in place.
Take it in its contexts without losing sight of the issues. Your one liners and exasperations do not inbibe good healthy recourse.
If you genuinely feel strongly about an issue, a polite disposition or alternative form of addressing the issue will do wonders.
Business , Mrketing and Legal encompass all three areas, and is open to much wider debate and consideration then merely the technicalities of engineering

Maybe I'm the only one here to go to the exhibition to pay by myself:). It's far from my place.
Chinese HVACR industry increase very rapidly ,of course by copy from European /Japan / USA etc. It's very normal in the learning curve.
Franly speaking, many products look like brothers or systers:).The similar outlook and design can't help you to tell them which is better. I want to seek some good products to be their sale agent but it's not easy. There's no one make me exciting:p.
My dream is to sale top quality product or manufacture them. I'm seeking.....

I just came back from this China Refrigeration 07 exbition, i spend 2 days in the exbition looking for liquid chiller & Condensing unit to get an agency....
about 30% exbitor is european...Many big player for compressor was there to show thire new technology
The interesting parts is the DC screw compressor....
