Company registration

We are looking at the full registration. How is this policed. If you have 1 engineer when applying and six months later you take on another 3 does the old Licience become invalid?

Is there a follow up by REFCOM to ask if you have taken on addition or different staff and if so what qualifications are in place

What checking proceedures are in place as I can see a big loophole whereby companies register those engineers who have the 2079 and forget to mention those who don't

Small (2-9 engineers)
Medium (10-49 engineers)
Large (50+ engineers)
