Heard from a few fellow engineers that holiday pay is now to include overtime worked out at a twelve week average in the weeks before your holidays. Anyone else heard of this?.

I don't get paid that way but it would definitely be nice!
I currently am not paid that way either, but if it's coming I won't be complaining.
does this also mean that if you are on short Hours or off sick.
You get an average of the reduced pay?
It is rare more is offered without a clause?

I mentioned it to the hr department in my last company, I worked out 520 odd hours of ot in the year..I asked for a extra week! she just laughed at me.
I don't think many company's will go down that road unit if/when it's law, but they will just recoupe it back another way.
