FUJITSU air conditioner is not working, blinking green lights

Hi :)
My air conditioner is not working and it's blinking green light with red light flashing 5-6 times.
the outdoor unit fan is not working too. the serviceman said that the problem lies in the control panel. we took it to an electronics expert ,he checked it and didn't find any corrupted element in the circuit. and all the sensors are fine.
The ac is FUJITSU ASY24RBAJ.
we are melting as the time goes by (T_T) Any help would be much appreciated.

Yes the last one.but the indoor fan is doing well.
