It is not cooling below 11.7. Celsius.
What can the probable cause be ?

Please read the temp as -Minus 11.7 celsius
What temperature does it normally reach?
You say a fridge but expect freezer temperatures?

It is now working as it should.
I was impatient and should have waited a bit longer for the cooling to kick in properly.
