Water Source Heat Pump

Hi guys,
I am interested to buy water source heat pump for my office which has almost 50 employees capacity but m a little bit confused, which heat pump is good for my office, had a great discussion with one of the Chinese company and they suggest me to install "Modular Heat Pump" but still I need confirmation from you guys.
