Fujitsu wall mount not powering up

Hi, I've not worked on AC in a long time but got called out to look at a Fujitsu wall mount split on the weekend. Basically the indoor has power, 1-Live, 2-Neutral, 3-Live but the indoor is not powering up, also the force start button on the indoor unit isn't doing anything. The model is Fujitsu ASYG09LMCA. I'm guessing it's the indoor PCB at fault but I couldn't strip it down as it was in a busy kitchen, are there any fuses in these or is it just worth ordering a new indoor PCB?
