Solar Cool Technologythe silver Bullet in Refrigeration Energy efficiency

Hi Guys I found the silver bullet in refrigeration energy efficiency, it is a Solar thermal panel piped up in line with the compressor and condenser lifting the temperature not the pressure of any system and it is proven to save 50 to 70 % energy off the compressor consumption, what do you all think?
