the secret is good insulation,fire safety oh and strength i have seen the results of chuck up jobs in a pile on the floor,and been called out to some that will not cool,and i just say you have a problem not me i have the solution.but you say you only want 40f whats the highest ambient whats the product etc its heat gain i would call a few specialists in to give you some quotes and take their advice before wasting your money.

Yeah I hadn't thought about it from a fire safety standpoint.
I've already talked to a few people and I need 2 5 hp units (roughly 100-120k btus to cool adequately to 43 degrees).
I'm just curious about the actual design of a building like this. What are the nuts and bolts so to speak?
