Fault in York Ec 500

Hi brother
I have one chiller Ec 500 York ( york millenuium chiller ).
The fault is low curre/mp/hp
In the system no:1
And others system working no problem
NB : I hear some noise in the first contactor for (star delta)
I hope I can find some help like evry time I share my proplem with you

Check the contactors are getting voltage, check the auxillary contacts on the first (main) contactor
