Handheld air cleaner tool

I remember seeing a small handheld tool that will blow out drain pipes on refrigeration equipment.
It held a small replacable compressed air canister and had a nozzle which can be pushed against a blocked drain tube blowing out the blockage.
Any ideas what it is called and who makes it?
