Since you are located in Thailand, you mau contact the Swep people who will get you the PHE Software.
Eugene Ng <Eugene.Ng@swep.net> . You can down load the software fro the web site www.swep.net But you have to get the activation code from Mr. Eugene Ng.
Other than the above you can also down load the software from Flate Plate web site. If you go to the Google, you will get software for the PHE
Alternitivaly the old gray matter can get you in the ball park right quick.
