Emerson Precision AC on Comfort Application causes Skin problems due to low RH!!!!!

Hi All,

One of our Client have an used 7.5 TR precision ac of Emerson make which was kept idle and no longer serves the ups room. He would like to use this in a Living & Dining of a large house , otherwise the machine needs to be scraped. But unfortunately he were informed by Emerson Cochin (Kerala, India) team that the usage of precision Ac in comfort applications will cause skin problems due to low humidity!!!!!!!!!!!!! The unit don't have humidifier and reheat coil.

Is this real that an AC with a high cfm/ tr of ~600 and Sensible heat ratio of ~0.9 will absorb all that moisture in the room which will leads to skin problems??

Could you all please share your thoughts on this subject.
