I'm looking for a book/pamphlet, Review of Vacuum for Service Engineers, by Saunders and Williams.

It's old, from the 60's I think, and I can't find many references to it on the internet.

If you want a really good book on vacuum practices and systems.

Modern Vacuum practice by Nigel Harris is an excellent book.
