We have one compressor Rack.
connected with 3 nos of 5KW Scroll Compressor. at -36 Evaporation and 45degree condensing Pressure. Gas 404A.
In this rack one compressor got failed.
Qus< I have to replace the compressor with hermetice sealed.
If i am puting the oil sepeator and NRV on the compressor dischagre will be work or Not.
New compressor I have to use Danfoss.

Your rack system appears to have only one oil separator on an application of minus 36 system . Have you found out the reasons for compressor failure ??? Probably you will have oil return issue since only one comp is with o/s ....
Nrv valves are normally reqd on each comp on a rack system ...... Besides oil management system to ensure oil return to compressor is essential .........
hi you need a oil balance line between the 3 compressors and the danfoss or any other scroll compressor has an built in nrv after the discharge side with in the compressor head to avoid back spin and damage the compressor
