How to calculate the length of evaporator coil

Dear friends,
Can any one guide me, how to calculate the optimum length of the evaporator coil for my machine.
The unit has a 755 BTU CBP compressor with evaporator inlet temperature of -10 deg Celcius. The ice bank temperature would be -3 deg Celcius after full ice formation. The evaporator coil is of 6 mm outer dia/ 5mm inner dia SS material. I tried calculation, but could not find correct information/knowledge source for this kind of evaporator coil.
