Fujitsu Inverter flashing red operation light and green timer light. Help!

Hi guys,
I am in desperate need of some help please. I went to turn on my airconditioner tonight and it has seemed to develop dementia.
The model is an ASTA18JCC Fujitsu and it is a 5.2 KW.
The red operation light flashes for 5 times at intervals and the timer light flashes in green for 6. I have tried to follow the manual but it just says to turn the timer off and it wasn't even on.
The unit is not cooling the house and it is just blowing out room temperature air.
I am at my wits end. Please help!
I just had a thought a minute ago. We had a huge amount of rain last night (232mm) could it have something to do with that?
Help!
