Adaptive control for trane chiller

Hello friends
l have a problem in operating centrifugal trane chiller type CVGE 50 , the compressor run for few seconds and stop before reaching delta stage and display shows ( compressor didn't accelerate: shut down) please can any one help me to solve this problem and how to access starting star-delta sequences timing

Did you check amperage on your UCP2 controller? Probably if current is high UCP2 thinks that rotor is locked.
