When we finished to install a Evaporador (R-404A) I realized that we didn't install the Nozzle.
What are the problems that can happen if I leave it as it is???

Yes it makes you wonder why they make them..Around here it's know as the Weeeeeeee part. Coz that's what we shout when we throw them over our shoulder!
Well, thank you r.barlett for your quick answer.
But still I have the question: what problems could I have?
mexican and devionian always bad translation but do you mean the orifice by any chance or do others use the nozzle from there oxy act? kit thats why mine keeps walking
You are true charlie patt bad translation mexican-devonian.
I mean the distributor nozzle, circular piece with a little hole in the center that's supposed to be between the TEV and Distributor to the evaporator circuits.
Without the nozzle you will get poor distribution of refrigerant in the evaporator.

Sin la boquilla obtendrá la mala distribución de refrigerante en el evaporador.

Nice translation Brian_UK, also good reading.
One more question, the fact that lower circuits gets most liquid refrigerant and upper circuits starves will cause ice build on the lower zone of the evaporator?
Maybe, yes....
The ice patton on evaporator will be odd, as the TXV requires the additional pressure drop of the distributor orifice to control effectively. So the TXV will hunt, and be constantly restricting liquid feed to coil, so the bottom section of coil will build ice. Similar effect to a faulty TXV., lack of liquid feed volume.
brian with a language translation like that its no wonder they let you in to devon and cornwall? do you work for the united nations during time off ?
