Just wondering about this ice maker, does the water pump switch off during harvest cycle? I know it has to pump the water out the drain outlet, but must the water run continously over the evap plate? What is happening is that the ice "looks eroded". Ive checked the gas charge, removed the refrigerant, pulled a solid vacuum, and recharged according to nameplate. The suction and discharge pressures are almost identical to that in the scotsman manual.
