which is better do you thing?

would you please and kindly have look the two following subjects regarding my further MSc study.I got offers for both of them but indeed I could not get my head around and make the Decision, therefore your recommendations with regard to this matter will be highly appreciated ,please have look at them deeply and advise me which one is better and suits me as I am HVAC specialist and which jobs opportunities will be more?
