Help - ice rink chiller

Hi all ,

I am not refrigeration engineer and need some help for chiller if can be used for ice rink or not .

Need 300 KW chiller for ice rink to supply -12 - 14 C degrees and ambient temperature will be about 30 degrees .

Can i use old Climaveneta air cooled chiller with specification :

-Model: WRAT-2004
-Cooling power: 512 KW
-2 refrigeration circuits
-R22 refrigerant
-4 Copeland compressors -151/m3/h ,Model D8RH1-5000 BWM/D AWM ( 50HP) working in tandem

Can this machine be used for ice rink if work with Glycol and what power will have for ice rink condition .
