How To Calculate PDU and Kw For Coldroom Without Software?

Hi All,
I just started to step in this industry,
Please give me some suggestion how to calculate the PDU and KW for the following coldroom.

Room Dimension: 3615mmX3615mmX4038mm(H)X75mm(T)
Temperature Require: -2'C
Storage: Chinese Broccoli/Kai Lan
Frequency To Open Sliding Door: 20% per Day.

How To Calculate The PDU and KW For this coldroom without any support of software.
Please Advice The Calculation.

I think the product incoming temperature & its quantity is also needed here.

You will need to calculate the transmission load. Then add in the pull down load.

In Australia, if not too much pull down load, just make it 265W/m2 will do.
And you can go 240W/m2 if you want.

Oh, you are in Malaysia. You need allow higher, make 350W/m2 for this room...
