Not being rash but will the oem be the first call?that is where I get mine from and find them very helpful both thermo king and carrier they encrypt them solely to me so as to prevent virus,certain if you speak them it comes at a cost but a fair cost and they send updates free of charge.
whats a UDR 3 ? google didn't help ..
