Move it into a warmer room :D
Low ambient temperature fault.
On combination fridge/freezers (single compressor and a single thermostat connected to the fridge evaporator,) if the room temperature drops below the fridge temperature, the fridge stat stays off and the freezer will defrost.
It has been suggested before, and it works, that you rewire the fridge section lamp so that it comes ON when the door closes.
The lamp will then provide a small amount of heat to warm up the fridge section which normally houses the thermostat.
Something we used to do in the 80's was to wire a resistor across the thermostat (can't remember the value now) so when the stat cut out the resistor warmed up the stat close to the bellows making it cut back in.
