Condensation in the grid (vertical freeze)

Hi friends,
We have some condensation in vertical freezers of JBG, where we have yogurts (please see the image below).
If this water falls, we have some breakdown in the paper packages.
This freezer doesn t have door at the beggining (it was changed) and the fans of the top are shut down.
Have you an ideia how we can fix this problem?

Perhaps repair the unit and bring it back to design structure.
