Old Toshiba Truck chiller RAR unit flashing Error 5

Hi there

I have a 2002 Isuzu truck with a Toshiba chiller fitted to it and would really like some technical help.
Firstly i want to know how to read the model numbers i have several boxes on the truck all start with RAR the main control box has a part number of RAR-GO2LH-MAY-INV this might help searching for info.
Secondly a bit of guidance would be nice on how the system works and how to fault find it.
And lastly i will outline the problem and what i have found so far. The chiller does not work at all there appears to be lots of refrigerant so im sure it is not a problem with that side. The AC Alternator is not putting out 600 volts and the battery supply voltage is low about 220 volts instead of 240 volts also there is an error code 5 flashing on the display. Also we do not have a power cable and are a bit unsure about the voltage it would plug into as it looks like a type of 3 phase and earth plug but says 250 volts so we have not connected it
