Carrier Starter Guard

Hello, does anyone know what the 3 LEDs on a Carrier stater guard refer to. There is a green one at the top and red fault indicator in the middle and an amber one at the bottom

The green is board healthy
Amber is comms
Red is board fault
The red should only come on it the cch or board fails also it the chiller starts the compressor and the
In built toroid does not detect curent from the compressor ie earth or overload fault

Had a problem where the green light was fluctuating between bright and dim before start up but after I changed the board it was OK
