oil cooler for water cooled condenser chiller

i am finding water cooled screw chiller, which run at nearly heatpump mode (45oC in/50oc out water condenser temperature). some catalog say about need oil cooler option for standard chiller (trane RTHD only 45o C max leaving water temperature ever with oil cooler option). Some one can got clarification for this problem. With my design conditions, can standard unit meet the design requirement ?

mexico normally use the oil cooler ice machines or process, you have the complete model of the machine to give you the numbers from the cooler, vet and solenoid
