YORK Centrifugal YK MaxE Chiller VSD Logic Board

Gents,
Recently had to replace a VSD logic board on the above mentioned centrifugal chillers;
Two issues:
1)After replacement of board when chiller trips due to power surge etc, could not reset it; stated VSD logic board etc. Had to manually shut on/off the disconnect to chiller to clear alarm in which is not good at all.

2) All of sudden we not longer through BAS when pressed stop did the chiller do a soft shutdown.

Question: Does the E-link need to be reconfigured with this new VSD logic board?
