cold storage

HI Every Body,
I'm amar, a fresher to the Industrial Refrigeration.

My first Project is to design a cold room to extract *agar agar* from sea weeds by freezing and thawing .

This process should be slow so then only we can get a *pure agar agar*.

I welcome suggestions & informations from the Honourable Experts of this field.
