Inefficient ducted system

G'day boys.
Looking at an old daikin split ducted, working but just not well.

EEV
Outside has 11'c on, 3.5 off evaporator.
Discharge pressure was at 40'C. Liquid 38'C. Suction at 0'C.
Inside filters are clean, 20'C air on
32'C air off condenser.
Couldn't tell you air velocity or volume unfortunately.

My reckoning is just an old unit. Possibly slightly under charged, and knowing who fixed a previous leak and regassed, possible gas contamination be it air or dirty.

Discharge pipe temp at indoor unit is 55'C and liquid liquid is 33'C

Thoughts? I'm hoping to learn something here.
Also, when I say pressures as a temperature, that would be what the temperature corresponds to as a pressure.
It's a bad habit from working with just apprentices who don't know pressures, I've forgotten them myself.
