AJ tech Heat Pump boiler

i have a problem with a AJ tech heat pump boiler
outdoor model PUHZ RP200YHA2 mitsubishi
boiler MHIBA200 6H3

The problem seems to be the boiler doesnt give a demand to the outdoor unit so the outdoor is waiting to run but doesnt there is no fault code the pump runs it looks like the wireless remote sends a signal for it to run but dosent.
it was supplied by Versan but they want nothigng to do with it it looks like there is no one who supports this product in the uk.i have phoned the factory in france but there is a lanuage barriier i cannot get past
