Mcquay chiller prepurge problem

Dears

I have a problem with air cooled chiller , Brand : McQuay , Model : ENP 165.2 HA-ST
Alarm : Prepurge #1 Timeout , Details : Prepurge failed on circuit #1

anyone can help pls.
