I have a reasonable understanding of the rules at sea and I think I can say with a certain amount of certainty that the ship to the right that was tied up to the dock was not to blame. I'm not sure if they failed to use their mirrors while attempting to parallel park but I could say with confidence that very shortly after that the brown stuff well and truly hit the rotating spinney thing.

I suspect every delayed order will now be the fault of this I also suspect my two new vans are being delayed for the same reason
