ye olde swegon ahu help needed

Evening all

I've a Swegon AHU, a GOLD20C, circa 2008 installed. Never ran (no idea why), been asked to get it going. Plugged in the micro hand set, 2 alarms; 1st is a supply temp sensor fault (have a sensor, think i know where it goes:))

Second fault is a time switch fault, says to contact Swegon, I can't set up the clock in settings, display won't allow time or date be input.

Anyone got any advice on solving, i have install code of 1111 but i see there is a service level, would access to this allow the time to be set i wonder?
