help fujitsu halcyon hfi

lets start off by saying. i've installed around 20 of these units. this is the first time im having this problem. usually i just install check run. 410a and done.

i have 48000btu hfi unit (AOU48RLXFZ1) with 2x 18 indoor unit inverters (ARU18RLF) + 1x 24inch indoor inverter unit (ARU24RLF). with a branch box(UTP-PU03A).

everything is installed correctly wiring tubing insulations. my branch box shows no error when all 3 is connected. but when i run on my outdoor unit it shows 1 branchbox and only 2 indoor units connected. i never had this problem before. does anyone know a diagnostic or know why this is happening.

i tried a brand new branch box and it still has same problem. only*reads*2 indoor units. with no errors.
