FES micro 3 keypad trouble.

Hey guys, Been working on a screw compressor and having issue with solving this keypad problem. In the past we have just changed out the boards and solved problem. I have swapped components involved with the circuit and to know avail. I am now kinda at a lost. We work with Preston out of Kansas City Missouri as far as service. Any inputs on the matter would be greatly appreciated. I am still new to the industry, and the plant I work at does not have the advantage of having experience techs. Thanks in advance for the comments.
