Just asking because as far as I know it includes refrigerants, unlike any other in the world.
IE a huge tax will be placed on HFCs like r404a (~GWP 3700), making them 8 times the price based on GWP if I believe wha the industry reps are saying.

Nevermind, found it in the white paper, chapter 6.11.
HFC refrigerants are going to be gone here soon as they're going to be taxed on their global warming potential based on CO2 equivalence.
