problem for fujitsu heat pump

Hi everybody,
I want some help, the fujitsu heat pump model: AST12LSACW serial no: E004383, heating 4.8kw, outdoor unit model: AOT12LSAC, the heat pump was not working, even in manual testing model, only the indoor fan working and the timer light was flashing slowly, is anybody can tell me how to check or suggestion.

Is it slow blinking (1 sec. ON and 1 sec. OFF) ?
Probably serial signal error. Check fuses in outdoor unit!

And, as advice to you, stop using "I want" phrase in English language when asking for help. Appropriate is "Please, can someone help with my problem" or simmilar. That "I want" is something what spoiled child use in his affectation.
I could start at this moment to count what I want and could end maybe in two or three week later and nobody could care less about my "wanting".;)
