If your wanting to use the existing compressor and maintain the current temperature the answer would be no if this were the typical refrigerant or air cooled compressors. R-22 is a high pressure gas and R134a is a low pressure gas.
More information is needed, such as model numbers, application, etc. for a definitive answer.
