Federal msr3-12hrn1 r410a air conditioner heat mode problem

Hi.The problem with the air conditioner is that it does not operate properly in the heat mode.The compressor does not start and the fan motor of the internall unit operates at full speed.The air conditioner operates normally in the cooling mode.I wonder if anyone has the temperature-resistanse charts of the return air temperature sensor and the pipe temperature sensor in order to check them.The FEDERAL MSR3-12HRN1 air conditioner is similar, if not the same,to MIDEA MSR3-12HRN1 air conditioner.Thank you.
