The Best Of Refrigeration procedures and Answers??

hey guys first off what a awesome forum, My question is what are the best temperatures, superheats, subcooling, pressures I can get on R404A,R134A,R22,R406A,R407C or if any one can give me guide line to what a system should for example..R404a @18-.c suction pressure ( ) discharge pressure ( ) superheat( ) subcooling( ) what size orifice for exspansion valve etc also what type of vacum I should pull on a walk in chiller in (inhg)

I know this is a long question And will understand if no one can be bothered to explain even if you did one then and person did another? :D
