100 Ton York chiller

My name is Eng.Majid , I live in Iraq.
My question is : Is it true that 100-150 ton York chiller that works on 50Hz power, is no longer manufactured inside USA but in Europe , (Italy and France) ? , since my people are fascinated with the label "Made in USA".

Now days York chillers are manufactured in China not in Europe

There are also chiller manufacturing plants in Spain, France and the US, it all depends on the model of the chiller
