Environmental Risk Assessment

Am being asked to submit an Environmental Risk Assessment by a customer. Does anyone know of a website that I can look at? I thought my ordinary risk assessment covered all of this but it seems some companies now require these also.

Has anyone come accross this before?

Any thoughts on this would be very welcome.
