Block ice machine evaporator

Hi I'm new.

I would like to get help for 2 matters:

1. We want to build a block ice machine that uses glicol. The quantity of what we expect the machine to produce is 300 kgs/shift, 2 shifts in 24 hours. Can anione help me design the coil?

2. For the same capacity machine can anione help design a evaporator that uses no brine?

please try to search this forum (ice, machine, evaporator, etc....) for some info you need....we have more then 8200 threads with more then 70000 answers, there must be something for you...

...but if you have no time for searching....

...maybe you can buy ice machine....
