One moment she was walking to work, the next, the metal bracket of an air conditioning had fallen on her.
Seriously injured, she struggled for life for five days in hospital, before she died.
Librarian, Sindy Chan Mei Ying was hit on the head shortly after arriving for work at Manjusry Secondary School.
The freak accident took place around 8.15 am on 10 Sept.
It is not known how the metal bracket, said to be a caged-like structure, came loose....
