york gs/ gsi chillers

Hello guys i was wondering if you need special software on laptop computer to download the data from york gsi or gs chillers instead of using a small hand held printer. thankyou in advace

Hi Ghaz.
To my knowledge you can't download the data (runtime parameters in realtime and history data)
in any other format than via the till roll type handheld
Printer.
Which you can purchase via RS OR York!
