Dear friend:
Does some body has some data about the frezzing time vs air velocity (face velocity over the product) in a tunnel belt frezzer at -30 F.
The prouct to be frozen is shrimp: size coud be 16 units per pound, head and shell on.
Best Regards

Dear Bruce,

I'm also interested that relationship between air velocity vs freezeng and cooling time. Could you send me your diagrams?

BR,

Jax
